Free at Last

Life is a journey. This blog is to help me heal and hopefully reach others who have been or how are in search of finding themselves. I heard that when you turn the big 40 life begins to make sense. It however has been a ride. A long wild ride can make you sick. I'm sick and ready to get off the ride and walk on solid ground on my terms my way. Living and loving my family, friends and most importantly me. Learning to love me MORE that's my goal and so the journey begins...
